Custom Die-Cut Letterpress Cards

These creative letterpress business cards feature the concept and design of the world renowned designer Jean Jullien. To best show off his unique style of illustration, a traditional letterpress process was used for a clean look preserving the integrity of the design. A traditional and specialty print service, letterpress creates an impression in the paper while each ink colour is being applied. These business cards feature two colours of letterpress on both sides, registered expertly. A special 2-ply stock was created using 20pt Cotton papers layered together to create a premium 40pt thickness, giving the cards a sturdier quality. A custom metal die was created in the shape of Jullien’s custom design, used to die-cut each card into the unique hand shape.
